AI Projects
I’ve long held a fascination for the generative capabilities of AI, exploring the edges of extrapolating human-like qualities through a series of experiments and research over the past decade.
My personal AI projects often revolve around themes of identity and immortality, expression and emotional connection.
July 2025: Currently working on some Gizmo experiments (eg. a camera that makes objects talk to eachother), just taught a class on multimodal AI, and building Shazam for cheese.
2016: LSTM-based generative-text conversational assistant design concept in which you could modify personalities using emotion sliders
the entire history of you (2024)
A personal project to experiment with GPT’s multi-modal capabilities - I created extrapolated alternate futures for my life based on GPT’s understanding of all my Instagram data and patterns over the years, and used custom GPTs to generate future Instagram feeds based off the moment mine left off leading up unto my generated death. Built using openAI gpt4-vision-preview batch API, a LoRA and a feedback loop of customGPTs
_ghostKit (2016)
Exploration of what goes into a successful emotional interaction between humans and machine-intelligence systems, and the constraints around humanizing AI. My masters thesis project included extensive user research and conversational interface prototypes, poetry bots, and a design concept that enabled the modification of voice assistants’ personality qualities.
doliio (2016)
A speculative design and research project exploring identity and extrapolation of self, through a fictional concept called Doli.io that created an ‘autonomous self-agent’ that managed your relationships on your behalf. Featured in VICE Motherboard, Forbes

AI-Powered Pharmacies in Peru
In 2023, I led a project focused on building out a future vision for AI-powered Peruvian pharmacies. Based on our research with users, we developed a narrative grounding us in the constraints of the environment and digital literacy. We created a digital prototype that showcased the power of AI-assisted telemedicine and pharmacy integration, as well as a physical installation for people to experience - that demonstrated the feasibility of what’s possible. We created a functional prototype of a diagnostic assistant to help bridge the gap between patients and the lack of availability of medical attention, helping with pre-diagnosis and medical data collection, and helping Peruvians take care of their holistic health - built using GPT, Whisper, custom prompts and physical prototyping.
The goal of this work was to inspire stakeholders toward sponsoring an AI accelerator program, which was successfully accomplished.
Additional client projects involving AI that I’ve worked on include the Hyperhuman exhibition, and an AI-powered trading intelligence platform.

2019
2024: Won 1st place in a GPT-O1 hackathon by creating customizable mental health support using dynamic prompts to generate a therapist with a blend of appropriate expertise that would be relevant to the user
(2019) Physical-digital experiments using projection, jenga blocks, a webcam and pix2pix facade-generating networks. An experiential installation allowing you to build a structure and then see a constructed building projected upon it
